One of the key stages of buying a property is the viewing. However, it is not always easy to know what to look for, what questions to ask and how to make sure you have the full picture.

You will have a personal representative during the visit, who will help and assist you. This representative will be assigned to you throughout the whole process if you decide to go ahead with a purchase.
What we can offer:
- You will be picked up from the airport by us to the place of your accommodation.
- You will have several different properties on each day to see.
- We can make the arrangement for the property owner/developer to be present during the inspections so you can liaise with the person you will be potentially buying from.
- The properties chosen to visit will be arranged prior to you visit, ensuring that you will get to visit only properties that are suitable to you, or were chosen by you and agreed (we don’t want to waste your time with visits to properties we know you won’t like).
- We will introduce you to the legal side of buying a property in Montenegro. We want your purchase process to be as smooth as possible so we will assist you in any way we can to ensure that happens.
- Of course you will have the break to have fun and open the country for yourself. We want this experience be a memorable occasion for you, so you will have chances to enjoy the country, sample the food, absorb the scenery and generally feel good about your new home.
- Finally we will provide you with a journey back to the airport and see you fly home safely with many fond memories of Montenegro and hopefully having secured your dream home.
